LogicStudio (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides corporate software solutions, educational resources, and products through our website at bizlogicstudio.com. These terms govern your use of our services, infoproducts, and goods.

2. Eligibility

By accessing our offerings, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Services

Our services include custom software development, consulting, and support tailored to corporate needs.

4. Infoproducts

We offer digital courses, guides, and templates for software professionals.

5. Goods

We distribute physical items such as branded merchandise and hardware accessories.

6. Payment

All payments must be made in advance via accepted methods. We reserve the right to suspend access until payment is received.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

You may request cancellation and a full refund if you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. In lieu of a refund, you may opt to reschedule your service once within 30 days. For cancellations less than 7 days prior, a fee equal to 50% of the service fee will apply. Once work has commenced or custom deliverables have been produced, we cannot offer refunds due to resource allocation and planning commitments.

7.2 Infoproducts

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any download or access to digital content. To process a refund, we will reverse the original payment. Once access has been granted or content has been downloaded, no refund will be issued, as digital delivery is instantaneous and nonreversible.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a credit to the original payment method. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
